THE LANDERS FAMILY’S GUIDE

About the guide

Christmas Lights Guide of Acadiana brings the Landers family’s Christmas Light List online, preserving the personal notes and little details that make it special.

The guide includes displays around Lafayette, Youngsville, Broussard, and nearby communities. Some stops are a single home; others are a whole street or neighborhood worth taking time to explore.

More than an address

In the 2025 notes, you’ll find shimmering blue lights, oak trees wrapped in Christmas sparkle, and Santa in a pirogue. The family’s descriptions share what caught their eye, along with details such as music, radio frequencies, and finding your way around.

Read the season status

The archive begins with the 2025 guide. Past descriptions, hours, and music frequencies are historical until confirmed for a new season. Read the status on each listing before planning a visit; a place in the archive does not mean a display is operating this season.

Find your kind of Christmas

The family’s category labels help you browse:

Kid Friendly
Great Street or Neighborhood
Light Show
Unique/Unusual
Classy/Elegant

The original list also used “New on 2025 List.” That label belongs to the 2025 history and does not mean a display is new in 2026.
